is it nearing 2 months since i've last updated??
i kinda like springing up posts unexpectedly whenever i fancy..

okay i think the amount of dust collected here is enough to bury a person or two....
since everyone is complaining of updates... i'll spam this post with PICTURES!!

of what i did this AUGUST...

worked at microsoft tech ed SEA... got tiring job =S don't think i would wanna do that ever again if im in charge of the same thing again...

celebrated one of my darling's birthday!

the concert was TOO SHORT!

met up with uni peeps especially coco koh who abandoned us for indian machans =P

went for ke-le-feh job with addy...

it was interesting for a while...

didnt know who were the main cast.. but the guy in green was in 8tv's i wanna be a model show.. and after the job i saw the main actor in the newspaper LOL (it was a major 'omg he's actually a somebody??' moment)

but honestly the job was SO SO SO SO BORING when we have nothing to do...

managed to meet up with this woman too! (seen here persuading a certain fish to come out from the aquarium to meet us... mission: FAILED)

since moi has spent all her salary on shopping we walked around aimlessly and then went for half n hour of fish spa.... yes little fishes.. continue eating the dead cells off my feet would ya? ~~it was fucking ticklish at first we were both practically screaming bloody murder~~
i'm gonna loose another friend in msia due to further education.. 'great'

finally had a shopping trip with starfish ho who looks like she REALLY wants the mocha marshmallow thingy drink
she made me break my 'i would not shop like a madwoman today' vow to myself.. i fail at life -.-

i also met up with 2 college people this month!

sharmane chow yi wei is a damn poser aww tina look so sweet here (ok the reason why she looks so dark is because of the sunlight..)

woot! im finally done rearranging my room... well sort of.. there's still some stuff going through the 'to keep or not to keep' evaluation...

i've been somewhat busy lately... and i kinda like it that way :) no free time to get bored!

in mid july, i had a 4 days job at a beauty fair thingy....

and no... its a not a job that requires me to dress up really prettily and stuff...

the job was pretty okay... the girls were easy to get along with and our boss was quite laid back =)

just a little tiring from the standing all day and things can get really crazeee during peak hours when theres a crowd.

our booth was selling the tat2 kit so the regulars did it for some of us part-timers...

on the last day i decided to get some body art done at another booth (it was the LAST day..do or regret!) it was really pretty.. too bad it lasted for just a day...

some of the leng luis i worked with... our stall sold bath robes and kimonos too.. so we decided to take a pic sneakily before the boss arrived =D

it was a rather fun job but i got sick on the 3rd day... actually quite a few of us got sick... the environment there was bad i suppose.... sharing air and germs with so many people for so many hours... :S

the funny thing is.. im still coughing now.. haha!

anyway.. theres another job lined up in august... that one requires us to go for 4 briefings.. and we have to be there from 630am for 12hours or more.... omfg.. please give me strength for this memafankan job...

my family went on a shopping spree in ikea on thursday... so my room KINDA had a makeover! and my house is now in a mess due to excess furniture....weee... hopefully ill continue being organised.... HOPEFULLY...

i had a haircut on the same day too.... and its... umm.... weird? fugly?..... my curls are practically non existant now... T_T oh well.. i'll mourn for it another day...

avril's concert is next month.... im not a diehard fan but i do know and enjoy a lot of her songs... so... go? dont go? someone help me buy tickets only la.... malas...

HI to anyone who has yet to give up on reading my blog....
i know it has been centuries since my last update....
i was just lazy.. and then i was busy with.... stuff....
anyway i will blog about aussie... maybe.. erh... probably... if i feel like it.. lol

i've recently finished my two weeks placement at a community pharmacy....
and being a person blessed with such 'good' fortune... i went there when they were moving...
'apparently' they didn't know about it either.. so they decided to take in 2 interns.. how convenient eh?

the things i got from my 2 weeks...

a bruise from making gondola shelves for an entire day....

i also learnt how to pack....

really well....

because that was our major activity....

practically every single freaking day....

u have absolutely NO CLUE how much stock/stuff a small pharmacy can have....

it was neverending!!

u-wen... my dear classmate who happened to suffer the same unfortunate fate as I...

we just HAD to take pics with the boxes we spent so much time packing...

okay i dont REALLY intend to sound like an ungrateful bitch.. im sure some of you will say that i must have learnt something right? well... talk to me and I'll gladly share my story ^^
and some stuff happened that only me and uwen can understand...
oh wait... i did say some stuff to whoever who asked how was my placement haha =x

i swear the last two days i can feel my lunch coming back up when i so much as looked at the boxes there..
anyway.... glad those days are over!

i love this woman and i will miss her when she starts working and i start being... busyyy

i've gotta say...
for a family who is extremely dependant on the internet... we have absolutely the worst luck with our comp/modem/cable/connection in general....

i dont think we've ever survived 6 months without our net going bonkers on us for more than once...

recap:
beginning of may: net suddenly decided to be funky and have connection on and off. then it got worse and we didnt have connection for a week or so... i took it as a sign from god that i should be focusing on studying for my finals instead of fussing over the loss of internet. too bad god forgot theres a thing called TELEVISION. Dad came back from his overseas trip and called and DEMANDED streamyx to fix our problem(remember what i said about our family being dependant on the net?)
turns out: there was this complication with the cable and what not...

end of may: surprise surprise.. net decided to act up again... after so many many years i've learnt to just go with the flow~ ie: moan about it but wait until my dad settles the problem. Dad called and again threatened to stop subscribing to streamyx..
turns out.. our computer's network card went KAPUT. Dad couldnt bear the wait so we decided we could live with just using laptops at home via wireless.. LOL... note: still don't see any purchase of new network card...

early june: came home after staying over at a friends place to find the modem with only one light... DUN DUN DUN... and since the TAN family leaves the modem on 24/7.. it doesnt take a genius to conclude that my modem was FRIED... curse the neverending rain these few days... rain=jams=stupid astro=power trips=me no like
Dad came home from overseas and immediately went out to buy a new modem... again, i have to emphasize that it is very difficult for this family to function without the internet...

SO HERE I AM WITH INTERNET ONCE AGAIN!!!
MUAHHAHAHHAHA

yes i am easily pleased... having the internet makes me HAPPY
yes i have no life... i can prove to you how no life i can get by listing what i do during the holidays..

surf the net.. watch tv... go out with friends... watch movie with friends... watch movie alone at home... surf the net... kacau ppl online... go for mini trips which i really feel to lazy to blog about... frequent the malls... went for the 16hour relay for life that i might or might not blog about... stay over at friend's house... go out with family... make stuff to eat when bored at home... did henna.... paint nails and repaint them... play online games... go on shopping trips which burned a big hole in my pocket.... meet friend for lunch/yumcha... kacau/attempted to kacau friends at their house... have phone calls 'for fun'.... read magazines/storybooks.... frequent pasar malams....screwing up my body clock by sleeping and waking up at odd hours... listing out what i have done during the holidays in my blog....

yea i have no life but i rather have no life than be studying for exams!! so there!

i'm running out of friends to kacau already... the friends that i can call out/disturb are always the same... because im antisocial and all... and because nobody wants to come back during june to teman poor ole me... and next summer it'll be even lonelier ill be so bored i might even contemplate poking my eyes out...

dont ask me why that thought entered my mind.. i have no idea...

well... there HAVE been people who say i can get scary when im bored... its as if my brain gets even more short circuit-ed

i can see that sales are popping up in stores everywhere like mushrooms... i might really need a job if i continue my 'its worth it so i just HAVE to buy it' because lets face it... during sales A LOT of stuff are worth it... and i should consider taking a friend who actually persuades me to NOT buy stuff... but then again.. whats the fun in that? haha

okay this was supposed to be a short post before i abandon my blog for awhile... because im gonna go visit my sister!! wee!
i think im ALMOST done packing....
packing is so blahhhh....
i didnt even realise i was leaving this week until my friends reminded me... haha

sorry this post is boring and pointless which is actually pretty typical of me... but im really LAZY to upload any pictures... jacq actually posted some pictures from vietnam which were taken centuries ago... i think ill be too lazy to blog about vietnam because it would mean i have to steal pictures which means ill have to log in to facebook which im too lazy to do....
